CONSERVATION AND LISTED BUILDINGS

Frances and Nigel have undertaken a large number of projects in and within the setting of conservation areas and involving listed buildings. We have experience of preparing listed building and planning applications for listed properties and properties in conservation areas, including the preparation of Heritage Impact Assessments and can advise on the process of developing in and around conservation areas and listed buildings as well as delivering these complex projects.
