Frances has over 30 years of planning, heritage, regeneration and development experience in both the private and public sectors and is experienced in managing large scale and complex housing and mixed-use projects, including listed buildings and sites in conservation areas.

Prior to setting up SY2 Planning, Frances was a Director of DLP Planning and managed the London office of DLP for four years.

Before this, she was an Associate Director at Lichfields; an Associate at Tibbalds Monro (architects and planners); a Senior Planner at the London Borough of Camden and a researcher at the Centre of Environmental Studies. Frances is currently a Board member of Women in Social Housing.
